How do I play?
Drag your finger on the play field to aim; a dotted guide shows where the bubble will go. Lift your finger to shoot. Bubbles bounce off the side walls. When 3 or more bubbles of the same colour touch, they pop, and anything left hanging with nothing holding it up falls away. Baby critters sit inside bubbles: free every baby (pop it or drop it) to clear the level. You can replay the tutorial any time from Settings > How to Play.
How do I swap bubbles?
Tap the launcher (the shell under the loaded bubble) or the small next bubble beside it to swap the two.
What is the Sparkle meter?
Every pop fills the round Sparkle meter in the bottom-right corner. When it shines, tap it to load a rainbow Sparkle bubble that pops every colour group it touches.
What are pebbles, urchins and the tide?
Pebbles (grey stones) can't be popped, but they fall when nothing holds them up. Fizzy urchins burst when a bubble pops next to them, clearing everything around them, pebbles too. In Moonlit Lagoon and Starfish Reef, a few shots in a row that pop nothing make the tide lower the whole ceiling by one row; the wave counter shows how many dry shots are left.
How do stars work?
Each level has a 3-star shot goal, shown next to the stars at the top of the screen. Free every baby within the goal for 3 stars, a little over it for 2 stars, and otherwise 1 star. Bubbles you have left over add bonus points. You can replay any cleared level to improve your rating.
I'm stuck on a level.
Every level is checked by automated tests to be clearable within its 3-star goal. Aim for bubbles high up: popping a small group near the ceiling can drop a whole cluster, babies included. Bank shots off the walls reach gaps you can't hit directly, and swapping lets you choose the better colour. Turn on Settings > Full Aim Guide to see the whole path and the landing spot.
Why are some levels locked?
Levels unlock in order as you clear them, and up to two unfinished levels are open at a time, so one tricky level never blocks you.
What is Endless Bay?
After you clear 8 levels, Endless Bay opens on the home screen. New rows arrive every few shots and slowly speed up, with more colours over time. The game ends when the bubbles reach the dotted line. Clear the whole board for a big bonus. Your best score is saved.
Can I leave a game and come back later?
Yes. Your current level or Endless Bay game is saved automatically. Tap Continue on the home screen to pick up where you left off.
Is there help for colour-blind players?
Yes. Turn on Settings > Colour Symbols to show a shape on every bubble (heart, star, diamond, drop, triangle and ring).
Can I turn off sounds or vibration?
Yes. Open Settings (gear icon) and switch off Sound Effects or Haptics. Sounds also follow your iPhone's silent switch.
How do I reset my progress?
Open Settings > Reset Progress. This clears all stars, cleared levels, rescued critters and Endless Bay scores on this device and cannot be undone. Your settings are kept.
Will my progress transfer to a new iPhone?
Progress is stored only on your device. It is included in your regular device backups (iCloud or computer backups) and restored with them, but it is not synced separately.
