By downloading, installing, or playing Wispweave (“the game”), you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game and delete it. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, review and accept these terms with a parent or guardian.

Subject to these terms and Apple's Media Services Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to play the game for non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control. The game is licensed, not sold, to you.

You may not: (a) copy, sell, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the game; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works, except where law expressly permits; (c) remove or alter proprietary notices; (d) circumvent technical protection measures; (e) use the game for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or rights-infringing activity; or (f) scrape or interfere with the game at scale by automated means.

The game's code, level design, artwork, text, audio, interface, trademarks, and other content are owned by the publisher or the respective rights holders and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use this content except under the limited license granted here. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

The game is an offline experience with no account, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or online service. Progress is stored on your device and may not be recoverable after uninstalling, changing devices, or clearing data. No cloud save or cross-device sync is provided.

The game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it stable and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the game.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms or relating to the game will not exceed the amount you actually paid to obtain the game (zero if the game is free). This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by intent or gross negligence.

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) these terms are between you and the publisher only, not Apple; (ii) Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the game; (iii) if the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund (if applicable), and Apple has no other warranty obligation; (iv) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them. If you obtained the game through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.

These terms do not exclude mandatory rights under your local consumer protection laws. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's terms, the law and Apple's terms prevail. Where local law allows, you may exercise return or refund rights within the period required by law.

We may terminate this license if you breach these terms. On termination, stop using the game and delete it. Provisions on ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may revise these terms with new versions. Material changes will be noted in the app or on the store listing, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are subject to mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence, without excluding those rights. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it amicably; if that fails, either party may bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
